Many Hands Make Light Work

Ok – there were a few hands for the start of our weeding project – but those hands got a LOT of work accomplished! B on 33 kicked off our campaign to remove non native and invasive species north along the bike path on September 8. Our short term goal is to clear from the bike path parking lot to Valley Lumber and reseed with a mix of native wildflower and grasses. The crew worked hard for a couple of hours and hauled away a mountain of plants. They were excited to see there is quite an abundance of native plants, flowers and grasses hiding beneath the invasives.
